This Refund Policy governs refund requests for Session For STR subscriptions purchased from JK.Creative LLC (“JK Creative”). By subscribing to Session For STR you agree to this policy. Questions: support-str@jkcreative.store.
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial and no charge is made during the trial period. If you do not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, your account is downgraded to read-only — you will never be charged without explicit subscription activation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation is self-serve.
Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Once activated, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the unused remainder of a billing period — the 14-day free trial is the evaluation window.
Annual plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. You retain access to paid features until that date and are eligible for a prorated refund as described in Section 3.
Annual subscribers who cancel mid-term receive a prorated refund calculated as:
(remaining months ÷ 12) × annual price paid × 0.80
The 20% deduction covers operational costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation.
Example: Pro annual paid at $893, cancelled after 4 months with 8 remaining → refund = (8 ÷ 12) × $893 × 0.80 = $476.27.
Current monthly rates are $65 (Starter, 1–3 properties), $85 (Pro, 4–10 properties), and $105 (Portfolio, 11–20 properties). Annual rates are $683 (Starter), $893 (Pro), and $1,103 (Portfolio) — each saving roughly 1.5 months versus paying monthly. The pricing schedule is disclosed before subscription and acknowledged in the checkout flow.
After cancellation, your account remains in read-and-export-only mode for 30 days. During this window you can download property records, reservations, guest data, and financial reports. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. Restoring service after deletion requires a fresh subscription.
Please contact us at support-str@jkcreative.store before initiating a chargeback — almost every situation can be resolved more quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.
Cancellations are self-serve through your billing page. For cases requiring manual intervention (billing disputes, payment-method issues, accessibility accommodations), email support-str@jkcreative.store with your subscription ID and a brief description. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and resolve approved requests within 3 business days.
We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to subscriptions activated after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing subscribers are grandfathered in on the policy in force at the time of their most recent renewal.
This policy and your subscription are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy or your subscription will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in King County, Washington, except that small-claims-court matters within the county may proceed in court. JK.Creative LLC is registered in Washington State; your statutory consumer protection rights under your state of residence are not waived by this clause.
